How much does a proposal cost?We offer a range of beautifully crafted proposal packages to suit different styles, visions, and budgets. Our packages start from just $599, each thoughtfully designed to inspire the perfect “yes” moment. Looking for something truly one-of-a-kind? Our bespoke luxury proposals, starting from $5000 are completely customisable, tailored to your story, your partner, and your dreams. With no limit to creativity, your budget can be as flexible as your imagination.

Do you only cover Sydney?We are headquarter in Sydney and London however we cover the whole world. We have set up proposals in Singapore, Lapland, Santorini, Paris, Lake Como and many more locations. Our Luxury Proposal Planning service also provides coverage all across Sydney as well as globally.

How much in advance should I plan my proposal?To ensure your special moment receives the care and attention it deserves, we recommend getting in touch at least 2–4 weeks before your desired proposal date. Planning something sooner? We understand that love can’t always wait, and we can often bring your vision to life with as little as 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. In the past we have also helped arrange proposals within a few hours of the request. Thinking of proposing during peak seasons like Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or Valentine’s Day? These dates fill up fast, so it’s best to reach out early to secure your spot. Whenever you’re ready, we’re here to help you plan the moment they’ll never forget.

What happens once I book?Upon booking one of our planners will reach out to you and will guide you through the whole process. You will also broadly receive a confirmation email with a summary of your booking. On the day itself our planners will make sure everything is arranged and ready for you so all you have to do is 'pop the question'.

Will a professional photographer be present to capture the proposal?Yes where booked a professional photographer will be positioned and ready to capture the proposal in real time.

How long is the photography session?Your booking includes up to 1 hour of professional photography.

What happens if the session runs over the 1 hour?At the photographer’s discretion, a complimentary 5–10 minute extension may be offered if the session runs slightly over. This is subject to availability.

Can the photography session be extended?Yes. Additional time can be arranged subject to availability. Unless specified otherwise, the cost for additional time is $399 per hour, and must be pre-requested or agreed on the day.

When will I receive the edited photos?All selected photos will be edited and delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of your proposal.

How many photos will be provided?You will receive approximately 30 professionally selected and edited photos as standard. If further photos are required, subject to them being captured, a $10 per photo fee for additional processing and editing shall apply.

Will all photographs be edited?All images are reviewed and curated solely by the photographer, who will remove any that are out of focus or unsuitable. The final selected images will be professionally edited to ensure quality and consistency.

Do you include enhanced photo editing (e.g., airbrushing, touch-ups)?Enhanced edits are not included as standard. These can take several hours to several days per image and are more intensive than general editing. For advanced, studio-style editing, packages start from $999. You may also request enhanced edits on individual photos, which will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Will I receive the RAW (unedited) photos?No. We do not provide RAW files as standard. These files are considered part of our intellectual property and are not polished for public viewing, which could affect our brand’s visual standards. Additionally, RAW files are large and time-consuming to process and transfer. However, if required, we can discuss making them available at an additional fee.

Can I sit down with the photographer to select which photos are edited?Unless you have chosen our studio-style service, the photo selection process is entirely at the discretion of the photographer. They will use their professional judgment to select the strongest images for editing.

How will I receive the final photos?You will receive your final photos via a secure online download link. Please ensure that you download the files within 3 days of receiving the link and save them securely, as the link will expire after that time.
