For the both the Harbour Terrace Proposal & Harbour Private Dining Proposal, we arrange everything under the guise of a regular dinner reservation. This way, your partner won’t suspect anything! When you arrive, simply let the host know your name and that you have a reservation for lunch or dinner. From there, everything will unfold smoothly, and the magical moment will come as a beautiful surprise. We take care of all the details so you can focus on enjoying the experience

For any outdoor proposal, our team closely monitors the weather forecast at least 24 hours in advance. If rain is expected, your dedicated planner will be in touch to discuss the best options. This may include slightly adjusting the proposal time to avoid the rain, rescheduling to a different date, or exploring carefully planned wet-weather alternatives. If you're not able to change the date or time then we are usually work with you to offer an indoor wet-weather option (subject to availability and venue fees) that provides the similar iconic views, allowing your proposal to go ahead seamlessly while staying completely sheltered. Our goal is always to ensure your moment feels just as magical, rain or shine.
